  If the Dirigo™ Service Tool fails to communicate with the Xylem Water Pump unit, the control leads might not be correctly connected. Ensure the leads are correctly connected and try running the Dirigo™ Service Tool again. Also, the value for Com port under Control > Pump communication might be incorrect. Select the correct value and try running the tool again.
