Added support to read Customer Location and Fabrication Number as numbers.
Added support to set Slave ID based on heat meter M-Bus address.
Changed Temperature Difference (Fixed) precision to 0.001°C.
Changed the default Update Rate from 15s to 4s.
Changed the default EIA-485 interface data format to 8N1 (8 data bits, none parity bit,
1 stop bit).
