Multifunction display
TIP:
The optional items displayed on the multi-
function display can be changed. For infor-
mation on other settings or changing the
displayed optional items, see the operation
manual included with the 6YC Multifunction
meter.
This manual mainly covers the alert display of
the 6YC Multifunction meter. See the follow-
ing sections for information about the display
and indicators.
Indicators
Yamaha Security System indicator (op-
tional)
This indicator appears, when the Yamaha Se-
curity System is in lock mode.
Make sure that the Yamaha Security System
indicator is off before starting the engine.
Engine trouble alert
If the engine malfunctions while cruising, the
pop-up window will appear.
To return to the normal display
Push the “SET” (set) button, and the engine
trouble-alert indicator will start to blink.
