A friction device provides resesistance
steering movement. This is adjustable for
operator preference.

Do not overtighten the friction adjusting
lever. If there is too much resistance, it
may be difficult to steer, which could
result in an accident.
Resistance Lever
Increase Turn clockwise
Decrease Turn counterclockwise
