REMOVING THE REAR AXLE
1. Place the machine on a level surface.
2. Straight
• lock washer
• nuts
TIP
•Apply the brake lever so that the rear axle
does not turn, when loosening the nut.
•Use the axle nut wrench (36 mm) .
4. Elevate the rear wheels by placing the suit-
able stand under the frame.
5. Remove:
• rear wheels
• wheel hubs
• nuts
• washers
6. Remove:
• rear axle
NOTICE
•Never directly tap the axle end with a ham-
mer, since this will result in damage to the
axle thread and spline.
•Attach a suitable socket on the axle
end and tap it with a soft hammer, then
pull out the rear axle to the right.

• lock washer
