Wiring Precautions
Wiring precautions are given below.
• Configure the circuits to turn ON the power
supply to the CPU Unit before the 24-V I/O
power supply.
If the power supply to the CPU Unit is turned ON
after the external power supply, e.g., the 24-V I/O
power supply, the outputs from the CPU Unit may
momentarily turn ON when the power supply to the
CPU Unit turns ON. This can result in unexpected
operation that may cause injury or device damage.
• If you use MECHATROLINK I/O Modules, use
the establishment of MECHATROLINK com-
munications as an interlock output condition.
There is a risk of device damage.
