Frame Assembly Instructions

Install Downtube Bolts

Grease and install downtube bolts with washers to the frame, torquing to 4-5 Nm.

Install Drive-Side Port Clamp

Secure drive-side port clamp with M4 x 25L screws, torquing to 2-3 Nm.

Assemble Lower Port Clamp

Assemble lower port clamp to down tube port cover using an M4 screw, torquing to 2-3 Nm.

Install Down Tube Port Cover

Install the down tube port cover with an M4 x 16L screw, torquing to 3 Nm.

Install Chainstay Cable Port Cover

Secure the chainstay cable port cover with an M4 x 10L screw, torquing to 2-3 Nm.

Install Universal Hanger

Install the universal hanger into the frame, noting the reverse-threaded cap bolt. Torque to 25 Nm.
