Obtaining A Print-out (At The Panel)
To obtain a print-out, press the ‘’PRESS TO PRINT”
pushbutton on the front of the Micro Panel (Fig. 58).
Using Other Printers
Control codes vary from printer to printer. This will result
in unusual formatting of printed data from many printers.
In addition, “handshaking” lines and “handshaking” se-
quence will differ between printers. This makes the equip-
ment susceptable to operation problems or miswiring
which may cause damage to the printer and Micro Logic
Board. YORK assumes no responsibility for assistance
or damage in the use of non-specified printers.
Warranty
YORK assumes no warranty responsibility in the use of the
printer. This includes damages to the printer and the Micro
Logic Board or chiller operation problems that may result.

Initiating A Print-out Remotely
In many installations, especially in the case of outdoor
units, it is difficult to access the Micro Panel to both con-
nect a printer and press the “PRESS TO PRINT” but-
ton. It would be a tremendous asset to be able to locate
and initiate a print-out remotely. A simple circuit to achieve
this function is shown in Fig. 59 along with guidelines to be
followed. A BAS option p/n 025-28380-101 is required to
achieve this capability. The length of cable between the
printer and Micro Logic Board must still not exceed 25 ft.

*AII relays must be suppressed.
NOTE: S1 should be opened after the print-out is complete (approx. 90 sec.), while
S2 needs only to be a momentary closed contact. K1 & K2 can be time delay relays
or S1 & S2 can be time delay relay contacts from the control system.
