What to do if the line fuse blows in my York YCAV0157-0267?
    • A
      Anthony CrossAug 1, 2025
If the line fuse blows in your York Chiller, it could be due to a defective SCR Diode Module. In this case, you should check the SCR/Diode Module. Alternatively, a defective IBGT Module could be the cause, so checking the IBGT Module is recommended. Other potential causes include a defective VSD Logic Board, which would require replacing the VSD Logic Board, or a defective SCR Trigger Board, which would require replacing the SCR Trigger Board.

Why is there no display on my York YCAV0157-0267 Chiller control panel and the unit won't run?

      Matthew MitchellAug 16, 2025
If there is no display on the control panel and the York Chiller will not run, it could be due to several reasons. First, check if the high voltage to the chiller is missing by inspecting 1FU, 2FU, 4FU, 5FU 17FU, or 19FU. Another possible cause is a blown line fuse, so check the fuses. The chiller control board might be defective, requiring replacement. Finally, the display board itself could be defective, also requiring replacement.
