Usage Features
- Adjustable Resistance (23): The machine features a knob (23) to adjust the resistance from 1 to 16. Turning clockwise increases tension, while turning counterclockwise reduces tension.
- Foot Stabilizer Adjustment (21): If the machine is unstable, the foot stabilizer (21) can be adjusted clockwise or counterclockwise to find a balance.
- Correct Sitting Posture: Users should sit on the seat, fasten the pedal strap tightly, and hold the handlebar firmly for proper posture.
- Monitor Functions:
- MODE Button: Selects the desired function.
- SET Button: Sets the value of the selected function.
- RESET Button: Resets the current function values to zero.
- TIME: Displays the workout duration.
- CNT (Count): Displays the number of strokes from the exercise start to the end.
- TCNT (Total Count): Displays the total count from exercise start to the end.
- SPM (Strokes Per Minute): Displays the stroke function on the screen.

- Monitor Note: The monitor will shut off automatically if no signal is input for 3 minutes. Any function value will be saved. Press any key or restart exercising to wake up the monitor. If the monitor is improper, reinstall the batteries.

- Storage Guide: The machine can be folded for storage. To fold, disassemble the knob (42) and pull out the single head bolt (73). The slide rail (10) can then be folded at a vertical angle. The seat will glide down when folding the slide rail. To reinsert, place the single head bolt (73) into the hole on the main frame, then assemble the knob (42) to the slide rail.
