trigger the high limit alarm.
G=1, When the thermocouple or RTD input is burnt out, PV value will increase and
NOT trigger the high limit alarm. After it was sets, High Limit alarm will have 30 sec.
delay for trigger in normal usage.
H=0, AIBUS communication
