This document is a user manual for a Zanussi cooker, model ZCG563. It provides comprehensive information on the appliance's function, technical specifications, usage, and maintenance.
Function Description:
The Zanussi ZCG563 is a gas cooker designed for domestic use, featuring a hob, grill, top oven, and main oven. It is intended solely for cooking edible foodstuffs and should not be used for other purposes like room heating. The hob includes different burner sizes to accommodate various cooking needs, with a glass hob lid that incorporates a safety valve to cut off gas to the hob burners if lowered. The grill operates as a constant heat source without flame length adjustment, requiring the door to be fully open during use. The top oven is smaller, suitable for cooking smaller quantities of food, warming dishes, and keeping food hot. The main oven is larger and features heat zones, with the middle temperature matching the selected gas mark, the top being slightly hotter, and the base cooler. Both ovens and the grill are equipped with an ignition system that requires pressing and holding the control knob while simultaneously pressing an ignition button for a few seconds. A gas flame safety device (FSD) is integrated into the hob burners to cut off gas if the flame is accidentally extinguished.
