What to do if ZCS Inverter shows GridOVP error?
    • N
      Nicole HarrisAug 17, 2025
If the GridOVP error occurs occasionally on your ZCS Inverter, it might be due to the grid voltage being outside standard parameters. The inverter should automatically return to normal operation once the grid voltage is within the normal range. If the alarms are frequent, measure the voltage and frequency at the terminals to check their values. If these values are normal but the error persists, it is recommended to contact Technical Support. If the values are outside the normal range, examine the wiring to the AC circuit breaker. Please note that the overvoltage, undervoltage, overfrequency, and underfrequency trip thresholds can be adjusted with the approval of the local grid operator. Contact Technical Support to perform this operation.

What should I do if my ZCS Azzurro 3000SP displays an OverTemperature error?
    • D
      derek82Aug 20, 2025
If your ZCS 3000SP inverter is showing an OverTemperature error, first, ensure that the inverter is installed in a location without direct sunlight or other heat sources. Second, verify that the inverter is installed vertically and that the ambient temperature is less than the maximum allowable temperature for the 3000SP model.

What to do if ZCS Azzurro 3000SP shows DciOCP error?
    • D
      David LeeAug 23, 2025
The DciOCP error (ID28-ID55) indicates internal errors within the ZCS ME3000SP inverter. To resolve this, switch off the unit by disconnecting both the AC and DC switches. Wait for at least 5 minutes, then switch the unit back on by closing the AC and DC switches. If the error persists after restarting, it is recommended to contact Technical Support.

How to fix BatOVP error on ZCS Inverter?
    • B
      Brittany BrennanAug 26, 2025
If you're seeing a BatOVP alarm on your ZCS Inverter sporadically, start by checking the battery overvoltage setting and compare it with the battery's datasheet. If the setting is correct but the alarm continues, it is recommended to contact Technical Support.

What to do if ZCS Azzurro 3000SP Inverter shows HW_LLCB us_OVP error?
    • E
      Emma BrownAug 28, 2025
The HW_LLCB us_OVP error (ID09- ID26) indicates internal errors within the ZCS 3000SP inverter. To attempt a fix, switch off the unit by disconnecting the AC and DC switches, and wait for at least 5 minutes. Then, switch the unit back on by closing the AC and DC switches. If the error remains, it is recommended to contact Technical Support.
