8.1. Troubleshooting
This section contains information and procedures on how to troubleshoot any faults and errors that may
occur during operation of the 3000SP storage inverter.
If you have any problems with the inverter, please follow these steps.
- Is the inverter located in a clean, dry and properly ventilated place?
- Is the battery switch ON?
- Are the cables correctly sized and as short as possible?
- Are the input/output connections and the cables in good condition?
- Are the configuration settings correct for the type of installation?
- Are the display panel and flat communication cable correctly connected and not damaged?
Follow the steps below to display the recorded alarms:
Press “Menu/Back” to enter the main menu from the standard interface. Select “Event List” in the menu
screen, then press “OK” to access the list of alarms and errors.

Possible solution
ID01
GridOVP
Grid voltage is too
high.
If these errors occur occasionally, the cause may be
that the grid voltage is outside the standard
parameters. The 3000SP inverter will automatically
return to normal operation when the grid is within the
normal range again.
If the alarms are frequent, it is recommended to
measure the voltage/frequency at the terminals to
check their values. If the values are within the normal
range and the error persists, contact Technical
Support.
If the values are outside the normal range, check the
wiring to the AC circuit breaker.
The overvoltage / undervoltage / overfrequency /
underfrequency trip thresholds can be changed
according to and with the approval of the local grid
operator. Contact Technical Support to perform this
operation.

If the alarm is sporadic and not consistent, check the
battery overvoltage setting and compare it with the
datasheet of the battery. If the setting is correct and
the alarm persists, contact Technical Support.
