wlan.leap_mode
type: getvar; setvar
This parameter refers to Cisco LEAP (Lightweight Exten-
sible Authentication Protocol). LEAP provides secure
mutual authentication for a wireless client through a
Cisco Aironet Access Point, based on user information
stored on a backend RADIUS (Remote Authentication in
Dial-Up User Service) /AAA (Authentication, Authoriza-
tion, and Accounting) server.
This parameter is not supported on units with a Frequency Hopping Spread
Spectrum (FHSS) radio.
getvar result Returns the LEAP mode.
Example Description This command instructs the printer
to respond with the LEAP mode.
Syntax ! U1 getvar “wlan.leap_mode”
Result “off”
setvar choices “on”, “off”
Default “off”
Example Description This command instructs the printer
to turn on LEAP mode.
Syntax ! U1 setvar “wlan.leap_mode” “on”
Result Sets the LEAP mode to “on”.
