Changing and Restoring Printer Settings

LOAD DEFAULTS Restore Printer Default Values
Restores all parameters other than the network settings back to the factory
defaults. Use care when loading defaults because you will need to reload all
settings that you changed manually.
Note • Loading factory defaults causes the printer to auto-calibrate.

To restore printer default values through the control panel, complete
these steps:
1. Press and hold PAUSE/FEED to place the printer in user configuration mode.
The printer status indicator blinks orange. Depending on when you release
PAUSE/FEED, different actions take place.
2. Release PAUSE/FEED after the orange light blinks four times.
The printer resets all printer parameters back to defaults. The default values
are shown in Figure 13 on page 57.
