Factory Supplied Front Suspension Settings
The following information will allow you to adjust the front
suspension back to the factory settings the motorcycle was
originally supplied with.
Zero S (ZF7.2)
Zero S (ZF13.0), Zero S (ZF14.4) & Zero SR (ZF14.4)
Zero DS (ZF7.2)
Zero DS (ZF13.0), Zero DS (ZF14.4) & Zero DSR (ZF14.4)
ADJUSTMENT SETTING
Front Fork Compression 8 clicks counter-clockwise from
maximum (H) position.
Front Fork Rebound 9 clicks counter-clockwise from
maximum (H) position
Front Fork Preload 7.5 turns clockwise from the full out
position
ADJUSTMENT SETTING
Front Fork Compression 6 clicks counter-clockwise from
maximum (H) position.
Front Fork Rebound 9 clicks counter-clockwise from
maximum (H) position.
Front Fork Preload 7.5 turns clockwise from the full out
position
ADJUSTMENT SETTING
Front Fork Compression 7 clicks counter-clockwise from
maximum (H) position.
Front Fork Rebound 12 clicks counter-clockwise from
maximum (H) position.
Front Fork Preload 5.5 turns clockwise from the full out
position
ADJUSTMENT SETTING
Front Fork Compression 6 clicks counter-clockwise from
maximum (H) position.
Front Fork Rebound 11 clicks counter-clockwise from
maximum (H) position.
Front Fork Preload 7.5 turns clockwise from the full out
position
