  If your Zero Motorcycle doesn't turn on, there are several potential causes. First, ensure the Power Pack is adequately charged by charging it. Next, double-check that the key is properly engaged in the ignition, and try turning it OFF and then ON again. Also, verify that the motor stop switch is in the ON position by pressing the motor stop switch ON button. Finally, a fault code may have been set. Refer to the Charge Fault Code chart on page 7.11 or Understanding BMS Flash Code Patterns starting on page 7.12 to diagnose and address the specific fault.
