ADJUSTMENT OF INJECTORS
At tractors Z 11641 the opening
pressure of injectors is 18 MPa. If the
measured value differs from the men-
tioned one adjust the spring of injector
by adding or removing the special shims
which determine
preloading the spring.
Checking the injectors on testing bench.
ADJUSTMENT OF BRAKE PEDAL
FREE TRAVEL
The correct play between piston rod of
brake pedal and piston of main brake
valve is 0,5-1,0 mm. Adjust the play with
unlatched pedals and after releasing the
piston rod adjusting nut (1), in which the
piston rod is screwed down.
