TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Solution
Terminal has doesn’t work.
Restart the terminal by turning the vehicle engine off and
on again.
No hydraulic function works.
Check if the PTO shaft is connected.
Check if gear lever is in neutral and the handbrake has
been applied. Check if any loading mode is active on the
terminal. Check if the vehicle tailgate is completely
lowered and the footboard function is active, if vehicle
equipment includes the footboard.
Ensure that the emergency stop button has not been
activated.
Work cycle doesn’t work.
Check if any loading mode is active on the terminal.
Press cycle doesn’t work.
Control sensors of the flaps (if they are mounted)
Emergency alarm.
Deactivate all emergency stop buttons, key switches,
access door button and flaps.
Lifter doesn’t work.
Check if any loading mode is active on the terminal.
Unloading mode doesn’t work.
Check if unloading mode is active on the terminal.
A button fault is indicated by the red icon
in the start menu of the terminal.
Check if no loading mode button is turned on. Then turn
the emergency stop button on and off. If the fault has not
been resolved, try using a different control panel.
Information on which button does not work can be
obtained by using the diagnostic function.
Emptying the hopper function doesn’t
work even though the tailgate is fully
open and unloading mode has been
selected.
Check if none of the two sensors signalling the tailgate
lifting and none of the two sensors signalling the tailgate
closing are turned on.
Then close the tailgate to reset all sensors. After
completing these steps, it should be possible to open the
lifter and use the single press cycle function.
