3.Symptom:TheWLANisassociated,butthereisstillnoservice.
Possiblecause:ThesettingsofAPandSTBarenotmatched.
Solution:PresstheSETonremotecontroltomodifythesettings.Makesurethatthesettingsof
APandWLANofSTBarewellmatched,andthenresettheSTB.Ifthesymptomstillexists,you
needtocallthecustomerhotline.
4.Symptom:Theprogramconnectionisnotsmooth.Thewirelesssignalintensityislessthan50.
Possiblecause:ThewirelessnetworkcardortheassociatedAPisnotinproperposition.Mean-
while,otherfactorsalsoinuencethedatatransmissionrateanddistance.
Solution:AdjustthepositionofassociatedAPandwirelessnetworkcardtomeetthefollowing
requirements:
�ThedistancebetweenAPandwirelessnetworkcardshouldbelimitedinthemaximumdis-
tance.
�Outdoorenvironment:ThereisnoobstaclebetweenAPandwirelessnetworkcard.
�Indoorenvironment:Inofceorathome,ifAPandwirelessnetworkcardalsocannotget
goodwirelessconnection,itisrecommendedtousecableconnectionmode.
