3M™ Drive-Thru Headset Battery Charger G5 12-Slot
The battery charger uses the same power adapter as the Basestation. Perform the following
steps to install and use the 12-slot battery charger.
• Select a placement location, either:
• A flat, dry surface such as a desktop or shelf.
• An easy-to-reach wall.
• The power outlet must be near the equipment and be accessible, with the cord placed
where it cannot be pinched or bent.
• Due to the many different wall types available, hardware for wall mounting is not included.
Secure the product to the wall with anchors suitable for the type of wall, that can
support a 1.3 lb/0.6 kg minimum load.
• Place the charger on the surface.
• Connect the 3M-supplied power adapter between the wall receptacle and the charger.
• Insert each battery to be charged into a slot on the charger. The LED lights on the battery
will light up indicating the level of charge. Each LED indicates a charge of 25%. When all
LEDS are lit steady green, the battery is fully charged.
• When charging is complete, the batteries are ready for use.

Headset Charging Station G5 uses the same power adapter as the Basestation. Perform the following steps to install and use the Headset
Charging Station G5:
• Select a placement location, either
• A flat, dry surface such as a desktop or shelf.
• An easy-to-reach wall.
• The power outlet must be near the equipment and be accessible, with the cord placed where it cannot be pinched or bent.
• Due to the many different wall types available, hardware for wall mounting is not included. Secure the product to the wall with
anchors suitable for the type of wall, that can support a 2.9 lb/1.3 kg minimum load.
• Place the charger on the surface.
• Connect the 3M-supplied power adaptor between the wall receptacle and the charger.
• Insert a G5 Headset (with a G5 battery in it) into the Headset bay on the charger.
• Alternatively, you may insert the G5 battery to be charged into a slot on the battery bay of the charger.
• The LED lights on the battery will light up indicating the level of charge. Each LED indicates a charge of 25%.
When all LEDS are lit green, the battery is fully charged.
