Your phone also has 12 programmable soft keys. The upper six soft keys are programmed for specific
functions (lines 1-4 are pre-programed as shown below). The lower six change depending on what you are
doing on your phone at the moment. If you have more than four line appearances on your phone, the lower
soft keys display lines 5-9 when your phone is idle.
