Access the Mailbox
The following mailbox functions can be accessed from your own
extension, any other internal extension or from an external position
(e.g. mobile phone)
• Listen to available messages
• Change your personal greeting *)
• Send messages *)
• Set up Outcall (External) Notification *)
(configuration dependent)
• Change your password *)
*) not applicable for the common mailbox
Access the mailbox from your own extension
Message ÕÔ Press to access your individual mailbox
Or:
Common Mailbox Ô Press to access the common mailbox (pre-programmed key).
Listen and follow the voice announcements.
Note: Depending on the configuration, you might be asked
for your password before you can enter your mailbox.
Access the mailbox from any other extension
z Enter the directory number of the individual or common
mailbox .
Listen and follow the voice announcements.
Access the mailbox from an external position
(e.g. mobile phone)
z Enter the public number of your company.
z Enter the directory number of the individual or common
mailbox.
Listen and follow the voice announcements.
