■ Inspection after l00 operating hours
Remark
After 100 operating hours the commutator and the
brushes should be inspected while the machine is at
rest. The surface of the commutator must show a
homogenous film (patina). The brush contact surface
must be homogenous without patchy discoloring. If
the results of the inspection are not satisfactory ABB
Industrie should be consulted.
Überwachung
und Unterhalt
■ Inspektion nach 100 Betriebsstunden
Hinweis
Nach 100 Betriebsstunden sollten der Kommutator
und die Bürsten bei stillstehender Maschine inspiziert
werden. Die Kontaktfläche des Kommutators soll
einen homogenen Belag (Patina), aber keine
Verfärbungen, aufweisen. Ist das Ergebnis der
Inspektion nicht zufriedenstellend ist bei
ABB Industrie anzufragen.
