7. Assembly & Commissioning

 Tools: Torque wrench M12= 84Nm / Abrasive
paper / Solvent / Contact grease.
 After disassembling step, ensure the loosen
parts (screws & washers) are in a safe and tidy
place & will not be lost
 With copper connections, use solvent to clean
the contact surfaces, apply a thin layer of grease
and then mount the connections with the screws.
 With Aluminium connections, you have less than 1
minute after cleaning to avoid oxidation. Abrade
the contact surfaces & clean them with solvent,
apply a thin layer of grease and then mount the
connections with the screws.
7.2.3. High-Voltage connections
