5.14.3. FLEXPENDANT PANEL EVENT LOG MESSAGES
The following messages appear on the FlexPendant operator panel.
10013, EMERGENCY STOP status
Specification.
The system is in the EMERGENCY STOP state from the moment when the electric circuit for
switching on the motors was opened by the EMERGENCY STOP device (e.g. external or internal
emergency stop).
Consequences
Program execution and robot movement are immediately stopped. The robot's axes are kept in the
same position by brakes.
Possible causes.
The emergency stop device connected to the safety circuit was activated, which interrupted the
safety circuit, e.g. the emergency stop was pressed or the robot collided. The emergency stop
device may be internal (emergency stop on the controller or programming panel) or external (any
external safety devices connected to the robot's safety circuit - external emergency stops,
emergency stop on the machine)

10010, Status MOTORS OFF
Specification.
This state is reached when switching the operating mode frommanual to manual, or when the
circuit of the switched-on motors is interrupted during program execution.
Consequences
No operation will be possible until the circuit of the switched on motors is closed. The robot's axes
are kept in the same position by brakes.
10011, Status MOTORS ON
Specification.
The system has the robot motors on.
Consequences
The circuit of the switched on robot motors is closed. The robot's motors are powered by voltage.
Normal work can be performed.
10012, SAFE STOP CONDITION
Specification.
The system is in a SAFE STOP state when switching from automatic to manual mode or when the
circuit of the running engines has been interrupted by an EMERGENCY STOP.
Consequences
No action will be possible until the circuit of the switched on motors is closed. The robot's axes are
kept in the same position by brakes.
