Robotic station for packing FFS1 dispensers
3.4.1 Manual operations:
The robot in manual mode is operated from the FlexPendant panel.
In the event of a robot failure, the operator can safely continue operating the
machines in the production cycle.
To switch to manual operation mode, please read:chapter 5.5 "Manual
mode".
3.4.2 Automatic operations:
Automatic operation of the station requires a box with
dispensers to be delivered to the feeder.
The robot will not continue if any of them are open
from the service door.
Automatic handling of the process of transporting the box to
the unloading zone, unloading the box and returning the
empty box takes place without operator intervention.
The robot's work cycle takes place without operator
intervention.
To switch to automatic operation mode, please readchapter 5.4
"Automatic operation mode".
3.5 HUMAN-MACHINE INTERFACE
The operator operates the line using a touch panel (+P0) located
on the frame.The functional description of the PLC panel is
provided later in the manual.
Additionally, there are Operator Panels within the station, the
functions of which are described inchapter 5.2 of the manual.
