Persons changing settings or programs should undergo operator
training in the operation and programming of ABB robots.
4.6 GENERAL THOUGHTS
Safe operation can only be guaranteed if:
- the system is used, maintained and kept in good
condition by trained and authorized personnel
- When starting the system, make sure that there are no
unauthorized persons in its immediate vicinity
- safe operation of the system must be carried out in
accordance with the operating instructions.
Only designated persons may work on the system. Please respect
the minimum legal age for service staff. The person responsible for
operating the system has the right to reject third-party commands that
do not comply with security requirements!
People trained to work with the system must be under constant
supervision of experienced people!
Any questionable/unreliable way of working should be
discontinued.
It is prohibited to dismantle, change or disconnect safety devices.
During all work related to starting up or making necessary adjustments
to system components, the shutdown and inspection procedures
contained in this manual must be strictly followed.
Do not touch moving parts! Otherwise there is a risk
of serious bodily injury!
