4.2.1 OPERATOR PANELS

MAIN SWITCH– the main switch is used to
turn the machine's power on or off. Setting
the switch to the I ON position turns on the
machine's power supply. Turning on the
power supply will not cause any movement of
any machine unit.
Turning off the main power supply while the
machine is running will cause all machine
units to immediately stop.

EMERGENCY STOP button– pressing the
button immediately stops the machinealong
with the robot. This is done in hardware by
cutting off the power to the actuators and
sending an appropriate signal to the robot
(ES).The robot will stop in the position it is
currently in, the conveyors will stop, the
torque will be removed from the servo drives
(grinders) and the air will be released from
the entire system.

buttons can be found in the SAFETY
ELEMENTS MAP appendix and on the HMI
panel.
RESET button– the reset button should be
pressed and held for approximately 1 second
