after each stop of the machine. RESET
prepares the machine for operation, i.e.:
- robot homing
- grinder homing (only 8s)
- setting the feeders in the starting position
If the machine requires homing, the RESET
button flashes blue.
RESET button on the +P6 operator panel
– After each request to enter a feeder zone,
the operator must use the entry request
switch again and then use the reset button to
pressurize that zone. The RESET button
located on the +P6 panel at the entrance to
the feeder zone applies only to this zone - it
does not reset or hom the entire machine.
START button– if the machine has been
prepared for operation (all units referenced),
the START button lights up green, signaling
the machine is ready for operation. To start
the machine, hold down the START button
for about 1 second.
STOP button– pressing the button stops the
machine after the work cycle is completed.
The machine will stop only when the robot
completes the packaging cycle and moves to
its home position.
