INPUT REQUEST button– the entry request
button stops the machine after the completed
work cycle and unlocks the service door.
Using the INPUT REQUEST button on the
HMI panel and on the +P4 panel will unlock
all service doors of the cell (DOORS 1, 2, 3,
4), while using the button on the +P6 panel
will unlock the service door in the feeder area
(DOOR 5). Using the input request button
stops the machine and releases air from the
feeder zone or the robot zone (depending on
the button used).
In order to arm the machine (closing the door
and letting air into the system), after
completing the work, close the door and use
the ENTRY REQUEST button again.
The location of all INPUT REQUEST
buttons can be found in the SECURITY
ELEMENTS MAP appendix.
4.2.2 PANEL OPERATORSKI HMI +P0
The software for the robotic dispenser packaging machine is based on the
international standard PackML (Packaging Machine Language). The primary goal of
PackML is to introduce consistency in programming and operation of machines that
make up packaging lines.
EM – Equipement Module, the PackML standard defines the concept of an
equipment module. The machine for robotic packaging of dispensers is divided into
several hardware modules from EM_00 to EM_03:
EM_00 – Robot, transporters,
EM_01 – Box feeders #1 and #2,
EM_02 – Grinder #1,
EM_03 – Grinder #2.
