If such a situation is detected, the system stops the machine
and displays a message saying "Dispenser reversed error".

4.12 PROCEDURE FOR REMOVING THE DEVICE
The application is designed to pack 8 or 16 dispensers (4s or 8s mode) in one
robot cycle. Depending on the required packaging mode, the program, gripper and
guide bands on the conveyors must be adjusted. This chapter describes the
procedure for changing the packaging recipe. Recipe change includes:
- changing the program on the HMI touch panel,
- replacement of lead teams,
- replacement of the gripper.
Note: Before starting the setup, make sure that the
device cycle has been completed.
Before you start retooling the device in the cell, make sure that the robot has
completed its work cycle and stopped in its home position. You should also make
sure that the process of unloading dispensers from crates has been stopped and that
the conveyor belt is not moving.
