Attention! Similarly, in the opposite way, install the second gripper on
the robot flange. Depending on the recipe, install the marked gripperin blue –
4s recipe thered – recipe 8s.
● Replacing lead bands
Attention! The concept of color marking tools was adopted.
Blue color – 4s recipe
Red color – Recipe 8s
Each leading band was marked with a color and number. Depending on
the recipe, the operator rearms the machine using tools marked in blue or red.
Additionally, the places where a given band should be installed are marked
accordingly. All guide bands are mounted on positioning pins, which allows for
quick retooling of the device. For the recipe8s bands 1, 2, 3 and 4 are used for
the recipe4s bandy 3, 4, 5 and 6.
