5.16.1 Które pomiary izolacji należy wykonać?
5.16.1 Which insulation measurements have to be peformed?
Norma DIN VDE 0100 część 610 określa pomiary izolacji pomiędzy
przewodnikami w rozdziale 5.3.
Jeżeli obwód zawiera aparaty elektryczne jak
półprzewodniki, elementy te ze względu na deli-
katność nie powinny być narażone na wysokie
napięcie.
DIN VDE 0100 part 610 specifies insulation measurement be-
tween the conductors in Section 5.3:
If the circuits contain electronic components,
such as semiconductors, these sensitive com-
ponents must by no means be damaged by the
high measuring voltages.
1. Pomiar pomiędzy przewodem
fazowym a przewodem PE /
Between the outer conductors
and the protective conductor
2. Pomiar pomiędzy przewodem
N i PE /
Between the neutral conductor
and the protective conductor
Rozłączyć przewody PE i N! Pomiar niewymaga-
ny w sieci TN-C /
Separate the PE and N conductors! This meas-
ure is not required in the
TN-C network
3. Pomiar pomiędzy przewodami
fazowymi /
Between the outer conductors
- jeśli kabel zawiera linię zerową lub uziemioną
osłonę
- dla wyłączników obwodów oświetleniowych /
This measurement is not required:
- if the cable includes a grounded conductor or
a grounded sheath
- for switch leads in lighting circuits
4. Pomiar pomiędzy przewodem
fazowym a przewodem N /
Between the outer conductors
and the neutral conductor
Pomiary mogą być także wykonywane z włączonymi odbiorami. Jeśli
rezystancja izolacji jest za niska, należy wówczas rozłączyć odbiorniki
i dokonać pomiarów systemu i odbiorników oddzielnie.

Po instalacji rozdzielnicy należy dokonać pomiaru następujących
obwodów:
Wszystkie linie pomiędzy aparatami ochronnymi.
Linię za ostatnim zabezpieczeniem nadprądowym bez połączenia
z odbiornikami.
Measurement may also be performed with the consuming equip-
ment connected. If the insulation resistance is too low in this case,
the consuming equipment must be isolated, and the system and
consumer must be measured separately.
Prior to commissioning, the following circuits must be measured:
All line sections between any 2 overcurrent protection devices.
The section following the last overcurrent protection device
without any connected consumer equipment.
