3.9.1 Przerwy w pracy na etapie montażu
3.9.1 lnterruption of work
W przypadku przerw w pracy podczas montażu i instalacji w celu
zapewnienia maksymalnej ochrony przed pyłem oraz ciałami obcymi
należy:
 zamknąć drzwi rozdzielnicy,
 jeżeli to konieczne – okryć rozdzielnice folią,
 jeżeli to konieczne – ogrzewać miejsce montażu rozdzielnicy.
lf work is interrupted during erection or connection, measures
should be taken to ensure that maximum protection is provided
against outside interference like dust, moisture and foreign
objects, like:
 Close the cubicle doors.
 lf necessary, cover the switchgear with foil.
 lf necessary, the pIace of erection must be heated
3.9.2 Stopień ochrony
3.9.2 Degree of protection
W zależności od stopnia ochrony należy spełnić poniższe warunki w
miejscu instalacji:
 Dla stopnia ochrony IP X2 lub IP 5X pokrywy górne powinny
być uszczelnione, jeśli nie zostały uszczelnione przez producenta.
Uszczelnienie pokrywy odbywa się za pomocą taśmy samoprzy-
lepnej 15x2 mm (GSIN100021P0010) po uprzednim oczyszczeniu
powierzchni na wewnętrznej płaszczyźnie, 3 mm od jej krawędzi.
 Dla stopnia ochrony IP X1 lub IP 4X konieczne jest uszczelnie-
nie celek pomiędzy sobą w miejscach podziałów transportowych.
W tym celu należy wykonać, co następuje:
 Miejsca połączeń ram powinny być oczyszczone środkiem Te-
koral R (GSIN100298P0001) przy użyciu czystej szmatki.
 Po wyschnięciu środka czyszczącego należy stosować taśmę
samoprzylepną 15x2 mm (GSIN100021P0010), przyklejając ją
do profilu C w odległości 3 mm od brzegu (patrz Rys. 54).
Środek Tekoral R jest niepalny. Należy stosować
instrukcję producenta.
Materiały uszczelniające są dostarczane wraz z rozdzielnicą.
Kable powinny być wprowadzane do rozdzielnic przez dławiki kablowe.
Depending on the degree of protection measures are required to
be taken at the erection site to seal the cubicles:
 For degrees of protection  IP X2 or  IP 5X the bottom plate
covers (flanges) have to be sealed, if not already done at the
manufacturers site. To seal the bottom plate covers the self
adhesive sealing 15 x 2 mm (GSIN100021P0010) has to be
used which has to be applied after cleaning (see below) on
the inside bending of the flanges with an overlapping distance
of 3 mm to the bending.
 For degrees of protection  IP X1 or  IP 4X a sealing of the
frames between the cubicles (cubicle/cubicle) at the transport
division is necessary. Therefore the following measures have
to be taken:
 The connection sides of the affected frame sections have
to be cleaned with Terokal R (GSIN100298P0001) cleaner
using an oil- and grease-free piece of cloth.
 After drying of the cleaner the self-adhesive sealing tape
15 x 2 mm (GSIN100021P0010) has to be applied to the
C-sections at a distance of 3 mm from the outer edge
(see fig. 54).
The cleaner Terokal R is inflamable. Obeye the
use instructions of the manufacturer.
Sealing material is supplied with the cubicle.
Use glands for cable entrances.
