Nieopakowane zestawy transportowe powinny być dostarczone z
belkami poprzecznymi (patrz Rys. 18) do transportu podnośnikowe-
go. W zestawach transportowych opakowanych belki poprzeczne
znajdują się pod materiałem pakunkowym.
Aby ochronić je przed wilgocią, rozdzielnica powinna być owinięta w
folię. Środek osuszający (żel silikonowy) należy włożyć pomiędzy
folię a rozdzielnicę
Opakowanie eksportowe i do transportu morskiego (drogą morską,
samochodem lub pociągiem poza Europą) składa się z:
 zamkniętej skrzyni drewnianej,
 zgrzanej folii,
 środka pochłaniającego wilgoć (zgodnie z DIN 55474),
 belek poprzecznych (8 x 10 cm) do transportu podnośnikowego.
Dozwolone są poniższe materiały:
 sklejka 13 mm,
 cięte belki 24 lub 30 mm,
 pióra drewniane 28 mm.
Rozdzielnica powinna być opakowana po zabezpieczeniu kantów i
brzegów. Połączenia folii powinny być uszczelnione. Środek osu-
szający (wg DIN 55474) należy włożyć pomiędzy folię a rozdzielni-
cę. Nie zezwala się na kontakt środka osuszającego z rozdzielnicą.
Podczas transportu w kontenerach nie można transportować roz-
dzielnic nieopakowanych.
Opakowanie można usunąć dopiero po dostarcze-
niu rozdzielnicy
Ramy transportowe usunąć dopiero w miejscu
montażu.
Unpacked shipping units have to be provided directly with
wooden cross beams (see fig. 18) for handling by fork-lift trucks.
For packed shipping units the wooden cross beams are Iocated
underneath the packing material.
To protect them against moisture, the switchgear instalIations
have to be encased in a foil. A protective drying agent (such as
silicagel) has to be provided between the foil and the switchgear.
The export/seaworthy packaging (for sea transport and truck or
train transport outside continental Europe) comprises:
 Closed wooden box,
 heat-sealed foil,
 drying agent (acc. DIN 55474),
 wooden cross beams (8 x 10 cm) for fork-lift transport,
 elastic packing means as pads.
As packaging material the following is allowed:
 Plywood 13 mm,
 Cut timber 24 or 30 mm,
 Slot and feather 28 mm.
The switchgear has to be wrapped with foil after upholstering
sharp edges and corners. The joints of the foil have to be sealed.
A protective drying agent according DIN 55474 has to be
provided between the foil and the switchgear. No direct contact of
this protective drying agent with the switchgear is allowed.
With container traffic no box packing is necessary.
Only remove the packaging after delivery of the
switchgear to site.
Only remove the transport frames from the cubi-
cle bases at the place of erection.

2.2.2 Packaging of switchgear components
Poniższe elementy powinny być dostarczone oddzielnie niezależnie
od rodzaju transportu:
 wysuwny wyłącznik powietrzny,
 wyłącznik kompaktowy o prądzie ponad 1000 A,
 wkładki bezpiecznikowe,
 transformatory i dławiki o wadze ponad 25 kg, w przypadku
montażu na podłożu – ponad 100 kg,
 precyzyjna aparatura pomiarowa i wskaźniki dużej wartości,
 wyświetlacze fluorescencyjne,
 moduły z jednofazowymi transformatorami mocy ponad 2 kVA,
 zapasowe moduły wysuwne i wtykowe
 listwy opisowe górne,
 ściany tylne wykonane z tworzyw dla celek ≥ 3500 A,
 wysuwne moduły o wadze ≥ 30 kg.
The following devices and materials have to be delivered sepa-
rately packed with the switchgear independent from the kind of
transport:
 withdrawable air circuit breaker,
 withdrawable moulded case circuit breaker with a nominal
current of more than 1.000 A,
 fuses,
 transformers and reactors with a weight of more than 25 kg,
in the case of floor mounted units of more than 100 kg,
 precision instruments of high value for measuring and indica-
tion,
 fluorescent tubes,
 modules with single phase control power transformers of
more than 2 kVA,
 spare withdrawable and P-/R-modules,
 top stripe holders,
 rear walls made of laminate for cubicles ≥ 3500 A,
 withdrawable modules with weight ≥ 30 kg.
