In REF615R, user can reassign the signal to its new bit address using CMT UDR tool. As
Figure 1 shows, user can highlight the signal of "51P (3I>): PHLPTOC1: 1 Trip 51P Trip"
from the left pane, then expand the "Empty Register" from the right pane. In this example,
