6.5.3 Cleaning parameters for dry cleaning
Material selection
Possible suppliers of material for dry cleaning can be found on the Internet.
The following materials are suitable for dry cleaning:
¡ Hard, granulated materials (such as natural core granulates)
¡ Soft-blast media
¡ Activated carbon particles
The average grain size of the cleaning granulate must be between 1.2and2.0 mm.
The specific weight of the cleaning granulate must not exceed 1.2 kg/dm

NOTICE
Storage of dry cleaning materials
The cleaning material must be stored in a dry and clean location to prevent
blockage of the pipes when cleaning.
