8.5 Dismantling the filter silencer with noise package
The following work steps apply to both the welded and cast versions of the filter silencer.
u Dismantle the insulation if necessary.

1. Loosen and remove the insulation ring (81300).
2. Attach the lifting gear to the front lug and rear eyelet of the filter silencer(81000), paying
attention to the version of the filter silencer.
3. Loosen nuts (72004) and remove with washers (72003) and insulating discs (81302).
4. Remove and put down filter silencer.
5. Remove the gasket (81301).
6. Loosen counter-sunk screws (74043), remove with air outlet silencer (74040) and gasket
(74042).
