The meter will not turn on or the display is blank.
• Battery is dead — Insert new battery
• Display is damaged — Call Accu-Chek Customer Care
• Meter is defective — Call Accu-Chek Customer Care
• Extreme temperatures — Move the meter to a more temperate area
