ACRISON, INC., (hereinafter referred to as ACRISON) warrants the equipment (complete new equipment) to be
free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1)
ear [five (5)
ears for the entire wei

h Feeder] from the date of shipment to or for the bu
er. The obli
ation of
ACRISON under this warrant
is expressl
limited to the repairin
or replacin
of an
part or parts that are
proved to the satisfaction of ACRISON to have failed prematurel
or because of a fault in workmanship or
materials. All such replacement parts shall be shipped F.O.B., ACRISON’S factor
; this warrant
does not include
the installation or frei
ht char
es of such replacement part(s). The new equipment warrant
is not transferable
and applies onl
to the ori
inal bu
er of the equipment.
Parts replaced under ACRISON’S new equipment warrant
automaticall
fall into the new equipment warrant
period for that of the ori
inal (new) equipment which is one (1)
ear from the date of shipment of the ori
inal
(new) equipment... not the shipment date of replacement parts covered under ACRISON’S new equipment
warrant
.
ACRISON warrants spare and replacement parts (not parts replaced under its new equipment warrant
) for a
period of ninet
(90) da
s from the date of shipment of the parts, whether or not such parts are shipped with the
ori
inal (new) equipment.
ACRISON warrants repaired parts (not parts replaced under its new equipment warrant
) for a period of thirt
(30) da
s from the date of shipment of such repaired parts.
ACRISON shall not be liable for an
inconvenience, loss of use, or an
other consequential loss, dama
e or
injur
arisin
from an
cause whatsoever associated with the equipment. Back-char

will not, under an
circumstances, be accepted without the prior written consent of ACRISON.
ACRISON warrants that all the equipment bein

applicable federal laws, rules and re
ulations. In addition, ACRISON reserves the ri
ht to correct and/or modif

area of desi
n or construction which is considered not to be in accordance with an
specific safet

ACRISON shall have no obli
ation under this warrant

equipment or parts which have not received
proper maintenance service, or which have been subject to an
misuse, abuse, ne

ence, accident, improper

chemical action, act of God, repair or alteration in an

, so as in the final
jud
ment of ACRISON, to adversel
affect the performance or reliabilit
of the equipment or parts.

structure for same must be

ned and constructed In accordance with sound en
ineerin
practices and be sufficientl
ri
id to not

adequatel
support the equipment, but also, to ensure that the effects of rotatin
or vibratin

equipment, remain within tolerable levels so as
not to adversel
affect performance.

This warrant
does not include an
representation that the equipment shipped herewith is fit for the particular
purpose intended b

er, unless ACRISON a

that, (a) the equipment is based on the
recommendation of ACRISON for a specific particular purpose, (b) the bu
er is rel
in
on the expertise of
ACRISON in makin
the recommendation and, (c) the equipment is, in fact, used for the specified purpose, in
which event, ACRISON warrants that the equipment is fit for that specified particular purpose.
EQUIPMENT SAFETY:
With respect to operation of ACRISON equipment, it is the bu
er’s or user’s responsibilit
to define and provide an

device(s) or associated safet
device(s)...(other than that which is furnished b
ACRISON as standard)...which ma
be necessar
and/or required, and to establish safet
procedures and
operational instructions to safe
uard the operator(s) durin
maintenance, cleanin
, or an
use of the equipment
whatsoever, and to subsequentl
ensure that the equipment is operated in conformance with all applicable safet
procedures, laws, re
ulations and instructions. It is also the bu
er’s or user’s responsibilit
to enforce all safet
re
ulations and operational instructions and to maintain the equipment in a safe condition (
uards in place,
warnin
, caution and/or important labels affixed, electrical boxes secure, interlocks operational, etc.). In particular,
all warnin
, caution and/or important labels must be maintained in a readable condition, and if necessar
,
replaced with new labels. Additionall
, and because the nature of the equipment does not alwa
s make it
possible to full
prevent operator access from rotatin
components, maintenance or cleanin

not be performed on the equipment without first disconnectin

OPERATOR SAFETY:

compliance. Operator access and use of equipment, and full compliance
with all provisions of the Operator Safet
section of ACRISON’S Instruction Manuals are essential and the user’s
