3 SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
This section describes the design of the System as well as the location and purpose of
its main functional parts.
The major functional parts of the System are as follows (see Figure 3.1):
- Framework;
- Portal;
- External covers;
- Signal Lamps;
- X-ray tube module;
- X-ray generator;
- X-ray detector;
- Electrics;
- Rotary mechanism.
