MAINTENANCE
DAILY
1. At the end of operation, remove any excess powder that has landed
outside the trough/shaker.
2. Any build up of oil/water vapour should be wiped clean with a cloth.
3. Check on the powder collection troughs and empty if required.
WEEKLY
4. Wipe clean the film input sensor.
5. Check under the heater hood. Remove any foreign objects and wipe away
any substances.
6. Check that the suction roller is not getting blocked.
7. Check the conveyor belt condition.
8. Check that the powder removal system is free spinning.
MONTHLY
9. Drain the oil valve in to a container.
10. Check on the smoke exhaust filters (located in the side door) and
replace as below guide.
1. To change the filters, remove the six screws, making sure to hold the
filter panel so as not to drop it as it is heavy.
2. Remove the filters by sliding upwards, making note on the order they
are removed. (carbon on the bottom)
3. Replace with the new filters in a reverse order.
Make sure dryer is switched off and cold before carrying out any maintenance.
