BEST WORKING PRACTICE.
1. Ensure that the printer and dryer are aligned correctly with each other
to be sure for a long production run, and that the media does not run off.
2. Make sure that there is sufficient powder in the trough.
This will need topping up under heavy usage conditions.
3. All areas where the powder and film will be in contact with the
machine are clean and free of moisture/oil residue build up.
4. Pre-heat the machine for 25 - 30 minutes before use,
depending on environmental conditions, this will help evaporate any
water vapour that exists from condensation/previous use.
5. Make sure that the film input sensor is clean and in the correct position
for operation.
