at the same time set the meat core temperature with knob E{).
For example, 85°C. This number appears in LH window H of my
electronic timer so long as you press button [7]. 30°C appears
in my display H.

§. Finally, turn my oven function switch and oven temperature
switch to the required heating mode and temperature according
to the attached table (table on roasting and infratherm grilling;
roasting times/shelf heights).
In window H, the electronic timer shows you the instantaneous
core temperature of your meat in °C.
To check the set core temperature of your roast, press my but-
ton A{A] in my electronic timer.
After attainment of my preselected meat core temperature, an audi-
ble signal of around 2 minutes’ duration sounds, and my display H
flashes.
To switch off the audible tone, press my button A
My oven heating and’ lighting system now automatically switch off,
Display H goes out when the meat thermometer is unplugged from
my oven.
Now switch my oven function switch and oven temperature switch to
the initial position and to zero respectively.
