Using the Rings

General information
• The description below does not apply to induction cooking zones.
• Also refer to the operating instructions for your built-in hob. It con-
tains important information on ovenware, operation, cleaning and
care.
• Always switch the appliance on first using the mains button N.
• Switch the appliance off using the mains button N.

When cooking for longer periods switch the cooking zones off approx.
5-10 minutes before the end of the cooking time to make use of the re-
sidual heat. This saves electricity.
Heat settings
• You can select heat settings within the range of settings 1-9.
• Intermediate positions may be selected between settings 2 and 7.
They are marked with a dot on the top left next to the heat settings.
• In addition, each of the ring switches has an automatic warm up
function.
1 = lowest heat setting
9 = highest heat setting
A = automatic warm up function
