We recommend cooking with Automatic for:
– dishes that are cooked from cold, heated up at a high setting and do
not need constant attention when cooking at the lower setting,
– dishes which are fried continuously in the hot pan.
Cooking with Automatic is not suitable for:
– goulash, beef olives and similar braised dishes which are browned,
moistened and braised and need to be turned frequently until they
reach the right degree of browning,
– dumplings, pasta dishes with large amounts of liquid,
– cooking with pressure cookers,
– large quantities of soups / stews with more than 2 litres of liquid.
