MANUTENZIONE
- La manutenzione ordinaria è ridotta alla pulizia periodi-
ca del filtro dell’aria, sarà quindi necessario estrarlo
dall’unità per poi rimontarlo dopo la pulitura per aspira-
zione.
Nel caso fosse necessario accedere all’unità interrompere
l’alimentazione elettrica.
- Per accedere alla ventola ed al motore è sufficiente
rimuovere la griglia di aspirazione ed il convogliatore.
- Per smontare il ventilconvettore FCA o FCA-R rimuovere
la GLA o GLA-R, il convogliatore ed il cabinet in polisti-
rolo (per svuotare completamente la bacinella rimuovere
il tappo in gomma sullo scarico condensa totale SCT).
Per FCA-R rimuovere anche la scatola elettrica.
Fare attenzione agli eventuali accessori montati, se necas-
sario rimuoverli. Dopo aver rimosso la bacinella si ha
accesso ai componenti interni dell’unità.
- Per sfiatare l’aria dalla batteria agire sulla vite della valvo-
la di sfiato e tenerla aperta finchè non fuoriesce acqua,
quindi richiuderle (le versioni mono a 4 tubi e binato a 2
tubi hanno 2 valvole di sfiato, le versioni binate a 4 tubi
hanno 4 valvole di sfiato).
- Per svuotare la batteria è necessario accedere all’interno
dell’unità togliendo il cabinet, isolare il ventilconvettore
dal circuito idraulico ed aprire le valvole di scarico e sfia-
to agendo sulle viti (le versioni mono a 4 tubi e binato a 2
tubi hanno 2 valvole di sfiato e 2 di scarico, le versioni
binate a 4 tubi hanno 4 valvole di sfiato e 4 di scarico).
- In caso di fuoriuscita dell’acqua di condensa dal foro di
troppo pieno, svuotare la bacinella rimovendo il tappo in
gomma sullo scarico condensa totale SCT, poi procedere
con la ricerca del guasto.
MAINTENANCE
- Ordinary maintenance is reduced to periodically clea-
ning the air filter, it will therefore be necessary to
extract it from the unit and then refit it after vacuum
cleaning.
In cases where it is necessary to access the unit, cut off
electrical power.
- It is sufficient to remove the grille and the conveyor to
access the fan and the motor.
- To dismantle the FCA or FCA-R fan coils, remove the GLA
or GLA-R, the conveyor and the polystyrene cabinet (to
drain the basin completely, remove the rubber plug on
the total condensate drain SCT).
For the FCA-R, the electrical box must also be removed.
- To bleed the air from the battery, turn the screw on the
bleed nipple and keep it open until water comes out, then
close it (the single versions with four tubes and twin ver-
sions with two tubes have two bleed pipes, the twin ver-
sions with four tubes have four bleed pipes).
- To drain the battery it is necessary to get inside the unit
by removing the chassis. isolate the fan coil from the
hydraulic circuit and open the drain valve and bleed nip-
ple by undoing the screws (the single versions with four
tubes and twin versions with two tubes have two bleed
pipes and two drain valves, the twin versions with four
tubes have four bleed pipes and two drain valves).
- If condensate water comes out of the hole too quickly,
drain the basin by removing the SCT rubber cap then look
for the fault.
