What to do if AERMEC Fan does not reach desired temperatures?
    • A
      Angela LindseyAug 5, 2025
If your AERMEC Fan isn't reaching the desired temperatures, there could be several reasons. It might be due to unintended inlet temperatures, in which case you should bleed the coils. Another cause could be air in the water coils, so try increasing the water flow rate. Insufficient water flow rate or water temperature could also be the issue; in these cases, check the water temperature. Finally, a failure in the adjustment system could be the cause, so inspect the adjustment system.

Why is the AERMEC RPLI Fan air flow rate insufficient?
    • R
      Rebecca HooperAug 11, 2025
If the air flow rate of your AERMEC Fan is insufficient, it may be due to clogged filters, formation of frost on components, deposit or soiling of heat exchange coils, or an underestimated pressure drop in the distribution systems. In any of these cases, you should clean the components.

How to fix excessive air flow rate in AERMEC RPLI?
    • L
      linda39Aug 17, 2025
If your AERMEC Fan has an excessive air flow rate, this may be due to incorrect calibration of the dampers or underestimated pressure drops in the distribution system. Calibrate the dampers to solve this. Another reason may be that the filters were not refitted after maintenance, so assemble the filters.

What causes unusual noise in AERMEC RPLI Fan?
    • D
      dunnjonathanAug 22, 2025
If your AERMEC Fan is making unusual noises, it could be due to worn or faulty motor or fan bearings, in which case you should replace the fan. Alternatively, there might be extraneous bodies on the fan rotor, so clean the rotor.

What to do if AERMEC RPLI has water carry over?
    • L
      lisaramirezAug 29, 2025
If your AERMEC Fan has water carry over, it could be caused by a clogged siphon, so you should clean the siphon. Alternatively, the siphon might be missing or not correctly installed, so set up a professionally installed siphon.
